Tech Structural began in 2015. We are owned and operated by Chris Barsby. Chris is the Principal engineer with 13 years of experience and holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. Chris is licensed in 13 states. He has extensive experience with concrete structures and fiber reinforced concrete. Chris worked overseas as a design engineer in Australia in 2012.
